Sport is a process that occurs according to the physical or mental capabilities of people based on certain rules. The purpose of sports training is to perform certain physical training planned to show high results in the chosen sport. In particular, in special types of athletics, the training is conducted taking into account the individual characteristics and unique aspects of the athlete. While, athletics requires special physical performance from the participant, separate technical and tactical training, the types of jumps in the physical development of young athletes are: standing jump, running jump, triple jump, high jump, five jumps during the training process. Jumping and etc. play an important role. Jumping develops physical qualities such as quickness, agility and flexibility in a child. According to the research, taking into account the child's anthropometric characteristics, the low use of jumps during the training of those who are involved in long-distance running and throwing in athletics leads to late development of the above-mentioned physical qualities in them. In its place, it delays the training of highly qualified athletes in this sport, and at the same time, the development of highly skilled young people who can enter into strong competition in accordance with the requirements of today's rapidly developing time.
