Abstract

 Effective control of budget expenditures is a critical aspect of public financial management, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and transparently. Many countries have developed sophisticated systems to monitor and control budget expenditures. This paper explores international best practices in budget expenditure control and provides a framework for adapting these experiences to national contexts. The analysis focuses on identifying successful strategies from countries such as New Zealand, South Korea, and Sweden, and discusses how these practices can be adapted to suit the unique conditions of other nations.
