Abstract
In today’s rapidly changing social environment, effective communication plays a crucial role not only in family relationships but also in workplace dynamics. This article analyzes the socio-psychological factors that determine the effectiveness of communication both in families and at work. It also explores the impact of emotional intelligence, social roles, and cultural values on interpersonal relationships. Practical recommendations are offered on improving communication effectiveness through conflict resolution, empathy, and psychological adaptability.
