STUDY OF THE COMPOSITION OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS AND INCREASE THE SHARE OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES IN THE POPULATION'S FOOD
Abstract
The article describes measures to study the composition of agricultural products in the diet of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan, analyze their impact on human health, and increase the share of biologically active substances. Also, issues of diversification of local agricultural products and ensuring food security of the population based on them are considered [1], [2].
