LABOR RELATIONS IN ENSURING HUMAN RIGHTS IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

As a result of the reforms implemented in Uzbekistan, as a result of the increasing democratization and liberalization of the society, guaranteeing human rights and freedoms more fully, ensuring the practical legal protection of these rights and freedoms is becoming an important social task. When reforms are implemented systematically, its main goal is not the reforms themselves, but the improvement of the material living conditions of people and citizens due to them, the strengthening of their legal status, the creation of the necessary conditions for them to live happily as a person, and to function as a full-fledged member of society.
