EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES IN PREVENTING CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER

Abstract

This article provides a comparative analysis of the legislation, law enforcement practice and prevention experience of foreign countries in preventing crimes against public order. The article examines the criminological analysis of crimes against public order, the determinants of this type of crime, and based on the results, proposals and recommendations for law enforcement practice and appropriate amendments and additions to the law are developed.
